Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide 24-hour notice may result in a forfeiture of the session fee. This policy applies to all one-time sessions, package deals, initial consultations, and documentation review appointments. We strive to be flexible, but must maintain this policy to ensure availability for all clients.
